March 2026

  • UI and navigation fixes — A range of front-end issues resolved, including horizontal scrollbar behaviour, broken navigation elements on tablet, and general polish across the portal.

February 2026

  • GEO / multi-region support — AuditIQ now supports geographic location-based functionality, enabling monitoring and reporting tailored to specific regions or markets.
  • Server count configuration — Customers can now proactively specify the number of servers they're running, enabling more accurate monitoring and reporting.
  • Role-based permissions — Granular permission controls for managing audit settings are now available, giving team and agency admins greater control over what each user can access.
  • Audit status improvements — The logic governing audit status has been reviewed and refined, giving a more accurate and meaningful indication of each audit's current state.

January 2026

  • Own SEO Audit crawler — AuditIQ now runs its own in-house SEO Audit crawler, replacing the previous third-party dependency. This brings faster results, greater control, and deeper integration with the rest of the platform.
  • Automated installation script — A new installation script significantly simplifies agent setup, reducing manual steps for new customers and partners.
  • CSP Reporter and Script Inventory improvements — Enhanced filtering, categorisation, and reporting within the CSP Monitor Script Inventory.
  • Google Lighthouse improvements — Further refinements to Lighthouse data collection and presentation for more accurate and actionable performance insights.
  • Improved session handling — Session timeout behaviour has been adjusted to better balance security and usability for portal users.
  • Subscription lifecycle management — AuditIQ now correctly handles expired free trials, guiding users through the upgrade path without disruption.

December 2025

  • Server Agent launched — A new Server Agent enables AuditIQ to monitor server-level health and performance metrics, expanding coverage beyond the web layer.
  • SEO Dashboard — A dedicated SEO dashboard surfaces key search performance indicators in one place, making it faster to spot and act on SEO opportunities.
  • Sales Dashboard — A new Sales dashboard aggregates ecommerce performance data, giving commercial teams a quick read on revenue trends and order activity.
  • File Integrity Monitoring (FIM) settings — Customers can now view and configure their FIM settings directly from within the portal, without requiring admin intervention.
  • Magento 2.4.8 compatibility — AuditIQ has been updated to support Magento 2.4.8, ensuring continued compatibility with the latest release.
  • Portal UI refresh — A broad visual refresh across the portal brings a more polished, consistent look and feel throughout the application.

November 2025

  • Stripe billing integration — Subscription management is now fully handled within the AuditIQ portal via Stripe, including plan selection, upgrades, downgrades, and invoicing.
  • Unique audit URLs — Each audit now has its own unique, persistent URL, making it easy to bookmark, share, and link directly to specific audits.
  • CSP Agent module update — The CSP Agent module now loads its collector script from a new hosted location for improved reliability and performance.
  • Improved onboarding UX — The new customer onboarding flow has been refined for a cleaner, faster experience from sign-up to first audit.
  • Audit settings page improvements — The audit settings page has been redesigned for clarity, with a better layout and more intuitive controls.

October 2025

  • Google Lighthouse powered by CrUX API — Lighthouse data now incorporates the Chrome User Experience Report (CrUX), giving you real-world performance data from actual users rather than lab-only results.
  • Google Search Console integration — Connect your Search Console account to surface organic search performance data directly within your AuditIQ audit.
  • Google Merchant Centre integration — Link your Merchant Centre account to monitor the health and status of your product listings alongside the rest of your audit data.
  • CSP Monitor in portal — CSP Monitor is now fully integrated into the main AuditIQ portal, accessible alongside all other audit data in a unified view.
  • Dashboard improvements — The audit dashboard has been significantly enhanced with better data presentation, additional metrics, and improved layout.
  • Full audit lifecycle management — Customers can now create, upgrade, downgrade, and cancel audits directly from within the portal, without needing to contact support.
  • Magento module updated for new portal — The AuditIQ Magento module has been updated to work seamlessly with the v2.0 portal.

September 2025

  • File change notifications — AuditIQ now sends notifications when file changes are detected across your monitored sites, helping you respond quickly to unexpected or potentially malicious modifications.
  • Uptime monitoring — Real-time uptime monitoring is now built into AuditIQ, alerting your team immediately when a site goes down and tracking availability over time.
  • Company account support — AuditIQ now supports multi-user company accounts, making it easier for agencies and enterprise teams to manage access across their organisation.
  • CSP Monitor: Platform support expanded — CSP Monitor now has documented support for Shopify and BigCommerce stores, in addition to Magento.
  • Friendly URLs — Audit pages now use human-readable URLs, making navigation and sharing links much more intuitive.

August 2025

  • AuditIQ v2.0.0 released — A major new version of the platform, featuring a fully rebuilt portal interface, improved performance, and a new standalone AuditIQ website.
  • CSP Monitor: Script inventory — The CSP Monitor now includes a full inventory of scripts detected across your site, giving you complete visibility of what's running and where.
  • Documentation site launched — A dedicated AuditIQ documentation site is now live, covering all features, integrations, and setup guides in one place.

July 2025

  • CSP Monitor — launched — A new Content Security Policy monitoring tool is now available. CSP Monitor detects and reports policy violations in real time, helping you protect your store from malicious script injection. Includes a fallback mode and remote fallback script for resilience.

  • Resilience against external service downtime — AuditIQ now handles third-party service disruptions gracefully, preventing portal slowdowns when external dependencies are unavailable.

  • Adobe Commerce Cloud support — The Audit Agent now supports Adobe Commerce Cloud environments, with updated configuration guidance tailored to Cloud infrastructure.
  • Analytics UI improvements — Improved rendering and window resize handling in the Analytics section for a smoother experience.

  • Google Account and Google Ads integration — Connect your Google account and link your Ads accounts to AuditIQ, bringing advertising data alongside technical and performance metrics.
  • Google Ads initial data load — On connecting a Google account, AuditIQ pulls 65 days of historical Ads data, including hourly detail for the last 3 days.
  • AuditIQ Analytics Backend Stream Magento module — A new Magento module streams analytics data from your storefront into AuditIQ for richer behavioural insight.
  • Improved agent reliability — The Audit Agent now handles Magento modules with malformed XML gracefully, preventing agent failures on affected stores.

May 2024

  • Full SEO Audit technical checks — The complete range of SEO Audit checks is now available in AuditIQ, replacing a previously limited subset.
  • Real-time JavaScript error detection — For Analytics Backend-connected sites, AuditIQ detects front-end JavaScript errors in near real-time.
  • Non-production environment designation — Audits can be flagged as non-production (staging, dev) to keep reporting clean and alerts meaningful.
  • Google Ads ROAS calculations — Return on Ad Spend from Google Ads is surfaced directly within AuditIQ, giving ecommerce managers fast visibility of ad performance.
  • Competitor tracking — Define up to 15 competitor URLs per audit, laying the foundation for benchmarking.

April 2024

  • Outdated module alerts — AuditIQ now alerts you when any Magento extension in your store falls behind its latest release, helping you stay secure and supported.
  • Audit Agent as a native Magento module — The AuditIQ agent can now be installed directly as a Magento module within your codebase, simplifying deployment.
  • Mute alerts per audit — Silence notifications on a per-audit basis during planned maintenance or deployments, without affecting other audits.

  • Improved email deliverability monitoring — SPF and DMARC record checks are now more accurate, reducing false positives and giving a clearer picture of your domain's email health.
  • Enhanced SSL monitoring — SSL certificate checks are more reliable, so you're only alerted when there's a genuine risk of expiry or misconfiguration.
  • SEO Audit improvements — Broader issue coverage and more accurate reporting, with clearer visibility of on-site SEO problems.
  • SEO crawl failure detection — AuditIQ now detects when an SEO Audit crawl is blocked by a site's security settings and raises an alert automatically.
  • Analytics page — Each audit now has a dedicated Analytics section powered by Analytics Backend, giving a richer view of user behaviour alongside technical health data.
  • Google Lighthouse performance page — A new dedicated page displays Lighthouse scores over time with trend graphs and drill-down reports.

  • Module update notifications — Get notified by email whenever a Magento module installed across your audits receives a new vendor release.
  • Module version timestamps — Version entries now record the date they were added, making it easier to track the age of installed extensions.
